- Complex Regional Pain Syndrome I (CRPS I) formerly Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD)
- Complex Regional Pain Syndrome II (CRPS II) formerly Causalgia
- Peripheral Vascular Disease
- Unsuccessful disc surgery
- Degenerative disc disease not responding to conservative and surgical intervention
- Multiple back operations
- Radicular pain secondary to herniated disc
- Epidural fibrosis
- Improves Quality of life significantly
- Indicated for persistent Neuropathic Pain Syndromes unresponsive to both surgical and nonsurgical interventions
